Seoul: President Lee Jae Myung arrived in Frankfurt on Sunday, where he was scheduled to meet with members of the Korean community in Germany before returning to Seoul.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Frankfurt marks the final stop in President Lee's extensive five-nation tour, which commenced on July 24 in San Francisco. During his visit to San Francisco, he engaged with leaders of global tech companies to advocate for South Korea's ambition to become a leading global hub for artificial intelligence (AI) semiconductors.

Following his time in San Francisco, President Lee traveled to Brazil, Chile, and Argentina. In each of these countries, he conducted summits with their respective leaders, focusing on enhancing cooperation in critical mineral supplies and addressing other bilateral issues.

In Frankfurt, President Lee will engage with members of the Korean community residing in Germany, marking the conclusion of his international tour before his return to Seoul later on Sunday.
