Lee Appoints Former KCCI Chairman to Lead Special Delegation to U.S.

Seoul: President Lee Jae Myung has appointed Park Yong-maan, former chairman of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), as the chief of a special delegation to the United States, the presidential office announced Thursday.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Park, who also previously served as chairman of Doosan Group, will lead the delegation alongside Democratic Party lawmakers Han Jun-ho and Kim Woo-young. Woo Sang-ho, presidential secretary for political affairs, informed reporters about the delegation's composition.

The schedule for the delegation's departure to the United States has not yet been confirmed, Woo added.
