The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) fell eleven-point-07 points, or zero-point-47 percent, on Wednesday, to close the day at two-thousand-368-point-32.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ rose, however, gaining two-point-04 points, or zero-point-29 percent, to end the day at 711-point-75.

On the foreign exchange, the local currency strengthened one-point-three won against the U.S. dollar, closing the day at one-thousand-237-point-four won.
