Seoul: Monday's closing prices for KOSPI 200 stocks on the Korea Stock Exchange showed significant gains across various sectors, reflecting a positive trend in the market. YoulchonChem closed at 15,950 KRW, marking an increase of 1,920 KRW. LG Energy Solution saw a substantial rise, closing at 400,500 KRW, up by 69,000 KRW.

According to Yonhap News Agency, HYOSUNG HEAVY experienced a notable surge, closing at 3,274,000 KRW with an increase of 171,000 KRW. Hanchem and ASIA HOLDINGS also reported gains, closing at 278,500 KRW and 169,900 KRW, respectively. SBHC ended the day at 35,050 KRW, increasing by 2,800 KRW, while Hyundai M and F INS closed at 34,700 KRW, up by 300 KRW.

Daewoong and SamyangFood closed higher at 17,600 KRW and 1,160,000 KRW, respectively. POSCO INTERNATIONAL saw a gain, closing at 51,400 KRW, while CJ CheilJedang ended at 191,400 KRW. KAL and POONGSAN also reported increases, closing at 28,350 KRW and 67,800 KRW, respectively. LG Corp. and Daesang closed at 100,800 KRW and 17,230 KRW, respectively, both showing gains.

TaekwangInd and ORION Holdings reported increases, closing at 849,000 KRW and 24,200 KRW, respectively. POSCO FUTURE M ended the day at 187,600 KRW, while KCC experienced a decline, closing at 490,500 KRW. SKBP and LOTTE Fine Chem closed at 91,100 KRW and 45,750 KRW, respectively, both showing gains.

SAMSUNG EPIS HOLDING closed at 468,500 KRW, with an increase of 42,000 KRW. OCI Holdings and AMOREPACIFIC Holdings also closed higher, ending at 215,500 KRW and 22,800 KRW, respectively. HyundaiMtr and CJ reported gains, closing at 497,000 KRW and 160,300 KRW, respectively.

Nongshim and SamsungElec closed at 343,500 KRW and 323,000 KRW, respectively, with SamsungElec experiencing a decline. POSCO Holdings reported a gain, closing at 333,000 KRW. SLCORP and Yuhan ended the day at 58,600 KRW and 73,800 KRW, respectively.

DB INSURANCE and HYUNDAI WIA reported gains, closing at 135,700 KRW and 65,800 KRW, respectively. NHIS and HanmiPharm also closed higher, ending at 29,150 KRW and 428,000 KRW, respectively. DB HiTek experienced a decline, closing at 143,600 KRW.

HtlShilla and Hanmi Science closed at 49,050 KRW and 29,850 KRW, respectively. SD Biosensor and AMOREPACIFIC also reported gains, closing at 6,680 KRW and 111,500 KRW, respectively.
