Seoul:The KOSPI 200 index saw a varied performance with several stocks experiencing declines, while others recorded gains.
According to Yonhap News Agency, among the notable declines, HD Hyundai Electric dropped sharply by 55,000, ending at 628,000. Hyundai Glovis also saw a significant decrease of 13,000, closing at 188,000. LIG Defense and Aerospace fell by 44,000 to 65,900, and LG Electronics decreased by 24,500, finishing at 208,000.
Some companies managed to post gains amid the declines. GS rose by 4,100 to 109,900, and Amorepacific increased by 5,300, reaching 138,500. Youngone Corp also saw a rise of 3,100, closing at 70,800. HanmiPharm experienced an increase of 11,000, ending at 534,000.
