Seoul: The KOSPI 200, a key stock index in South Korea, showed a variety of movements among its listed companies. While some stocks experienced gains, others saw declines. The list of closing prices provides insight into the day's trading activities.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Hanwha Aerospace saw an increase in its stock price, closing at 1,299,000, which is up by 5,000. Similarly, Samsung C and T's stock rose, finishing at 290,000, marking an increase of 4,000. In contrast, Samsung Epis Holding encountered a decrease, with its stock price dropping to 651,000, down by 34,000.
Several other companies experienced notable changes in their stock prices. Doosan Enerbility's stock surged by 5,800, closing at 95,300, whereas LIG Nex1 saw a significant drop of 21,000, ending at 535,000. Meanwhile, KEPCO's stock price increased by 900, closing at 54,700, and Hanwha Life experienced a slight decrease, closing at 3,225, down by 20.
The trading day also saw stocks like Samsung Life showing a rise of 9,400, closing at 170,600. On the other hand, SK Innovation's stock fell by 2,200, ending at 105,400. The fluctuations in these stock prices reflect the dynamic nature of the stock market and its impact on various sectors.
