KOSPI 200 Sees Varied Movements in Latest Trading Session

Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index saw a range of movements among its listed companies in the latest trading session. Notable changes included significant gains and losses across various sectors.

According to Yonhap News Agency, several companies experienced substantial price increases. Samsung Biologics led with a rise of 38,000, closing at 1,965,000. Hanwha Systems also saw a notable increase of 8,300, reaching a closing price of 96,500. Other companies such as APR and HYBE reported increases of 7,500, closing at 237,500 and 338,500 respectively. HS Hyosung Advanced also grew by 6,800, ending the session at 202,000.

Among other gainers, Hanjin Kal increased by 5,100 to close at 124,300, while HDHMS rose by 4,000, finishing at 195,400. Doosan Robotics and ISU Specialty Chemical also reported significant gains, closing at 91,300 and 62,200 respectively, with increases of 3,400 and 2,300.

On the downside, HD Hyundai Electric saw the largest decrease, dropping by 30,000 to close at 892,000. Doosan also experienced a notable decline, falling by 16,000 to 834,000. SK Square and HD Hyundai reported decreases of 6,000 and 3,500, closing at 429,500 and 235,000 respectively.

Other companies that experienced declines included Krafton, which dropped by 1,500 to close at 233,500, and CJ Logistics, which fell by 1,200, ending at 98,400. Netmarble and Hyundai Autoever also faced losses, closing at 50,800 and 492,000, with decreases of 400 and 500 respectively.

The session reflected mixed performances across the board, with some companies achieving substantial gains while others faced significant losses. The market continues to showcase dynamic changes in its trading activities.
