Seoul:The KOSPI 200 index reflected a day of mixed performance with significant variations across different sectors and companies. FOOSUNG's stock decreased by 160 points to close at 12,020, while HANWHA SYSTEMS saw a substantial rise, climbing 3,900 points to reach 79,000.
According to Yonhap News Agency, KOLMAR KOREA's stock appreciated significantly, rising by 7,300 points to 129,800. In contrast, Meritz Financial experienced a decline of 900 points, ending at 129,800. HANJINKAL's shares dropped sharply by 7,600, closing at 116,900. Meanwhile, emart's stock rose by 3,800 points to 73,100.
Further gains were observed with COSMAX, which increased by 12,000 points to 295,500, and SAMSUNG BIOLOGICS, which climbed 51,000 to close at 1,298,000. HD HYUNDAI ELECTRIC saw a significant increase of 29,000 points, reaching 516,000.
On the downside, ISUSPECIALTYCHEMICAL dropped by 3,400 points to 87,300, and HDHMS decreased by 4,500 points to 211,500. SK ie technology also saw a decline, falling 280 points to 17,480.
Overall, the trading day presented a varied picture, with several companies experiencing notable gains while others faced declines.
