Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index revealed a day of mixed performances as several companies experienced notable gains and losses. Hanmi Science closed at 43,350, marking a decline of 400 points, while SamsungElecMech saw a significant rise, closing at 160,100 with an increase of 4,800 points. Hanssem remained unchanged at 45,650, and F and F experienced a drop of 900 points, closing at 64,400.

According to Yonhap News Agency, KCC saw an increase, closing at 386,000 with a gain of 1,000 points, whereas SKBP and TCC STEEL showed no change, ending the day at 99,600 and 18,280, respectively. LotteChilsung fell by 700 points to close at 129,900, and AMOREPACIFIC Holdings recorded a decrease of 300 points, ending at 29,000. HyundaiMtr maintained its position at 212,500.

MiwonComcl closed at 160,300, up by 1,300 points, while SeAH Steel Holdings dropped 1,400 points to 196,900. Daewoong increased to 22,200 with a gain of 150 points, and TaekwangInd rose by 8,000 points, closing at 994,000. KAL finished at 24,150, up by 200 points.

Meanwhile, LG Corp. remained steady at 77,000, and KG Mobility rose slightly by 20 points to 3,410. POSCO FUTURE M experienced a decline of 1,100 points, closing at 150,400, while LOTTE Fine Chem increased by 1,650 points to 43,000. HYUNDAI STEEL fell by 800 points, ending at 33,150.

Shinsegae saw a significant decrease of 7,000 points, closing at 171,300, with Nongshim also declining by 1,000 points to close at 383,500. SGBC and LOTTE experienced declines, closing at 64,500 and 27,800 with decreases of 500 and 200 points, respectively. GCH Corp saw a rise of 210 points, ending at 15,750.

COSMOCHEM closed with a minor decrease of 30 points to 17,240, while POSCO Holdings declined by 2,000 points to 295,500. DB INSURANCE and SLCORP closed at 127,600 and 33,400, showing decreases of 1,800 and 600 points, respectively. Yuhan fell slightly by 200 points, closing at 112,000.

SamsungElec saw a rise of 1,300 points, closing at 71,800, whereas NHIS decreased by 100 points to 19,500. DongwonInd experienced a gain of 2,300 points, closing at 47,450, while LS saw a decline of 2,300 points, ending the day at 168,000. HD HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES recorded a significant drop, closing at 466,500 with a decrease of 8,500 points.

GC Corp and GS E and C experienced declines, closing at 134,600 and 19,480 with decreases of 3,100 and 60 points, respectively. SAMSUNG SDI CO., LTD. closed with an increase of 1,000 points at 218,000, while KPIC saw a decline of 1,400 points, ending at 98,100. MIRAE ASSET SEC remained unchanged at 18,900.
