KOSPI 200 Sees Mixed Performances as Key Stocks Experience Gains and Losses

Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index experienced varied movements with several major companies showing both gains and losses in their stock prices. Notably, Doosan Enerbility's stock rose to 66,800, marking an increase of 2,000. Among other significant gainers, NAVER saw a substantial rise to 193,000, up by 7,100, while Hyundai Rotem increased by 5,900, reaching 153,100.

According to Yonhap News Agency, other companies also experienced notable changes. Kakao's stock price increased to 35,300, a rise of 250, and NC climbed to 213,500, gaining 3,000. Hanmi Semiconductor and Hyundai Glovis also posted gains, with their stock prices rising by 2,000 and 3,200, respectively. Additionally, Shinhan Group's stock price saw a boost of 2,900, closing at 104,700.

Conversely, some companies faced declines. LG Display's stock decreased by 130, closing at 9,750, while Kangwonland dropped by 150 to 14,110. Other notable decliners included KIWOOM and Hanwha Ocean, which fell by 1,500 and 1,300, respectively. LGCHEM saw a decrease of 2,500, closing at 250,500, and LIG Defense and Aerospace experienced a significant drop of 23,000, ending at 672,000.

Despite these fluctuations, some stocks remained stable, such as LG HandH, which did not experience any change, closing at 245,000. The mixed results reflect the varied performance within the KOSPI 200 as companies navigate the current market conditions.
