KOSPI 200 Sees Mixed Performance with Significant Gains and Losses Across Sectors

Seoul: The recent performance of the KOSPI 200 index has seen a variety of changes, with both notable gains and declines observed across different sectors. The index's closing price list reveals fluctuations in stock prices for several key companies.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Youngpoong's stock price increased by 500, closing at 56,000. Similarly, SBHC witnessed a rise of 900, ending at 61,900, while Hyundai M and F INS saw an increase of 150 to close at 30,850. On the other hand, Hanssem remained stable at 42,950. F and F experienced a decline, dropping 700 to close at 62,800, and HDKSOE decreased by 5,000, ending at 402,000.

Several companies experienced significant gains, including YoungoneHoldings, which rose by 3,500 to close at 230,500, and LS ELECTRIC, which increased by 3,000 to end at 704,000. In contrast, Korea Zinc saw a decrease of 7,000, closing at 1,752,000. SamsungHvyInd rose by 400, finishing at 27,600, while L and F increased by 11,600, closing at 118,600. Nongshim experienced a decline of 2,500, ending at 394,500, and SGBC decreased by 200, closing at 62,000.

Mobis and HANWHA AEROSPACE saw substantial increases, with Mobis rising 12,000 to close at 444,000 and HANWHA AEROSPACE soaring by 100,000 to finish at 1,481,000. Additionally, CSWIND increased by 5,500 to close at 52,000, and HANWHA SOLUTIONS rose by 7,400, ending at 51,800. In contrast, HD-Hyundai Marine Engine experienced a decline of 500, closing at 78,600, and SAMSUNG EPIS HOLDINGS dropped 17,000, finishing at 544,000.

Other companies such as S-1, HankukCarbon, DWS, and Hyundai Steel also reported gains. S-1 increased by 600, closing at 83,800, while HankukCarbon rose by 3,350, ending at 41,800. DWS saw an increase of 150, finishing at 24,550, and Hyundai Steel rose by 3,950, closing at 39,750. OCI Holdings experienced a significant rise of 20,200, closing at 151,500, and Hanchem increased by 16,500 to end at 310,000. KEPCO and SamsungSecu also saw gains, with KEPCO rising 600 to close at 48,800 and SamsungSecu increasing by 700, ending at 95,900.

Meanwhile, companies like Samsung SDS, KUMHOTIRE, SKTelecom, HL MANDO, and SAMSUNG BIOLOGICS reported declines. Samsung SDS decreased by 3,000, closing at 163,900, while KUMHOTIRE dropped 80, ending at 5,960. SKTelecom saw a decline of 1,400, finishing at 76,500, and HL MANDO decreased by 100, closing at 53,800. SAMSUNG BIOLOGICS experienced a reduction of 3,000, ending at 1,644,000.

HyundaiAutoever, Doosan Bobcat, and KRAFTON recorded increases. HyundaiAutoever rose by 6,500 to close at 409,000, Doosan Bobcat increased by 2,200, ending at 59,400, and KRAFTON saw a rise of 6,000, finishing at 226,000. HD HYUNDAI and HD HYUNDAI ELECTRIC had mixed performances, with HD HYUNDAI increasing by 4,000 to close at 279,000, while HD HYUNDAI ELECTRIC dropped 16,000, ending at 968,000.
