Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index displayed a mixed performance today as various prominent companies experienced fluctuations in their stock prices. Notably, several companies recorded gains, while others saw declines.
According to Yonhap News Agency, GS Retail experienced an increase of 650, bringing its closing price to 27,250. OTOKI also saw a rise of 6,000, closing at 337,500. Meanwhile, DN AUTOMOTIVE faced a decrease of 1,150, ending at 47,400. YoulchonChem saw its stock rise by 560, closing at 16,110. HYOSUNG HEAVY showed a gain of 42,000, reaching a closing price of 2,797,000.
LG Energy Solution's stock went up by 1,500 to close at 351,000, while HtlShilla increased by 650, ending at 42,550. In contrast, SamsungElecMech witnessed a decline of 32,000, closing at 1,330,000. Hanssem's stock rose by 900, finishing at 39,950. F and F also reported an increase of 1,000, closing at 63,800.
HANALL BIOPHARMA's shares rose by 2,600, ending at 63,300, and SamsungF and MIns saw a significant increase of 32,000, closing at 680,000. Kogas experienced a moderate rise of 300, finishing at 37,100. However, HDKSOE's stock decreased by 2,000, closing at 360,500. HANWHA SOLUTIONS observed an increase of 550, ending at 32,900.
YoungoneHoldings saw its stock rise by 1,500, closing at 172,100, while OCI Holdings experienced a smaller increase of 500, ending at 275,500. LS ELECTRIC reported a notable gain of 6,100, closing at 201,500. Conversely, KOREA ZINC saw a significant decrease of 55,000, closing at 1,372,000.

Hyundai Elevator's stock increased by 1,100, closing at 75,600, while HankukCarbon saw a rise of 700, ending at 23,850. SAMSUNG SDS experienced an increase of 1,000, closing at 228,000, and KUMHOTIRE's shares rose by 80, ending at 7,080. KOREA AEROSPACE reported a rise of 1,200, closing at 132,100.
HyundaiEng and Const saw a significant increase of 9,100, ending at 130,400, while SK hynix experienced a substantial gain of 10,000, closing at 1,688,000. Hanwha's stock increased by 800, ending at 118,900. On the other hand, Youngpoong saw a decrease of 500, closing at 39,850, and HYUNDAI STEEL witnessed a decline of 400, closing at 29,700.
