Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index displayed varied movements in its latest trading session, with certain stocks experiencing significant gains while others witnessed declines. Notable among the gainers was HYOSUNG HEAVY, which rose by 117,000 to close at 2,806,000. SamsungElecMech also saw a substantial increase, with its price climbing 64,000 to reach 1,381,000.

According to Yonhap News Agency, DL showed an upward movement, closing at 54,600 with a gain of 1,100. ISUPETASYS and DN AUTOMOTIVE also reported increases, closing at 107,600 and 46,300, respectively. LG Energy Solution experienced a rise of 1,500, ending the session at 367,000. Other gainers included MiwonComcl at 134,400, TaekwangInd at 908,000, Hanchem at 214,500, and LS ELECTRIC at 199,400.

Among the stocks that declined, OTOKI fell by 2,000 to close at 321,500. GS Retail decreased by 400, ending at 24,050, while Hyundai MandF INS saw a drop of 700, closing at 48,500. Other notable declines included HDKSOE, which fell 6,500 to 332,500, and SAMSUNG EPIS HOLDING S, which decreased by 6,000 to 327,000. Mobis, SamyangFood, and HANWHA AEROSPACE were also among those that experienced declines.

Some stocks remained unchanged, including SBHC at 43,250, Taihan Cable and Solution at 27,900, ASIA HOLDINGS at 212,500, and SeAH Steel Holdings at 104,600. The session's mixed results reflect the varied performance of different sectors within the KOSPI 200 index.
