Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index experienced a day of mixed trading, with several companies observing significant changes in their stock prices. Among the notable movements, Samsung SDS saw a decrease of 200, closing at 169,700. Meanwhile, Korea Aerospace experienced an increase of 800, ending the day at 113,800.
According to Yonhap News Agency, GS recorded a decline of 500, closing at 55,100, while KIH rose by 1,600 to reach 161,100. Misto Holdings experienced a minor increase of 100, finishing at 44,200. On the other hand, Amorepacific saw a drop of 900, closing at 121,000, and LIG Nex1 decreased by 1,000 to settle at 417,000.
The trading session also saw Hanwha Life gain 155, ending at 3,425, whereas HyundaiGlovis dropped by 1,500 to close at 178,300. Hanwha Engine's stock increased by 1,850, reaching 45,200. HanaFinancialGroup observed a decline of 1,100, closing at 93,000.
In other movements, HanilCMT rose slightly by 30, reaching 19,310. Netmarble's stock fell by 500, closing at 49,100, and HYOSUNG TNC remained unchanged at 238,000. APR experienced a significant drop of 8,000, closing at 236,000, while HD Hyundai Electric saw a decline of 11,000, ending at 794,000.
Additionally, Orion's stock decreased by 800, finishing at 106,000, and SKCHEM dropped by 500 to 70,100. Miwon SC experienced a minor decline of 100, closing at 145,600, while Krafton saw an increase of 3,000, reaching 250,000.
In the retail sector, SKBS dropped by 300 to 50,700, and BGF Retail decreased by 400, closing at 110,200. HD Hyundai saw a decline of 1,900, finishing at 193,300. Hanwha Systems recorded a gain of 2,000, closing at 58,800, while HS Hyosung Advanced dropped by 2,600 to 191,200.
