According to Yonhap News Agency, Meritz Financial experienced a decrease, closing at 123,500, down by 2,800. ORION also saw a minor decline, with its shares dropping by 100 to a closing price of 137,500. Similarly, HANJINKAL and DoubleUGames both faced declines, closing at 116,700 and 61,600, down by 2,200 and 700, respectively. In the gaming sector, Netmarble's shares fell by 650, closing at 40,250.
Conversely, several companies recorded gains. MIWON SC's price increased by 200, closing at 123,300, while KRAFTON's shares rose by 500 to close at 242,000. Notably, APR experienced a significant rise, ending at 387,000, up by 2,500. HANWHA SYSTEMS saw a substantial increase in its share price, closing at 77,200, which is up by 6,500.
In the tire and retail sectors, HANKOOK TIRE and TECHNOLOGY experienced a decline, with shares down by 500 to close at 70,000. BGF Retail also saw a decrease, closing at 151,000, down by 2,100. However, emart recorded a gain, with its shares rising by 200 to close at 81,800.
The pharmaceutical and chemical sectors showed varied results. SAMSUNG BIOLOGICS saw a significant increase, closing at 1,569,000, up by 13,000, while ISUSPECIALTYCHEMICAL closed at 66,900, up by 4,100. Conversely, COSMAX experienced a decline, dropping by 2,000 to close at 203,500.
In the automotive and technology sectors, HyundaiAutoever recorded the highest gain, with shares rising by 19,500 to close at 431,500. kakaopay also saw an increase, closing at 44,200, up by 2,200. Meanwhile, d'Alba Global faced a decline, closing at 241,500, down by 4,500.
