KOSPI 200 Experiences Mixed Movements in Latest Trading Session

Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index exhibited varied movements in its recent trading session with notable changes in the stock prices of several major companies. SLCORP saw a decline as its closing price fell by 2,500 to 49,900. Meanwhile, Yuhan's shares increased by 1,500, reaching a closing price of 107,400. YoungoneHoldings experienced a slight decrease, with its closing price down by 300 to 185,100.

According to Yonhap News Agency, KEPCO E and C's stock saw a significant rise, climbing by 11,400 to close at 144,700. DWS also reported an increase, with its shares rising by 650 to 25,200. In a notable upward movement, kakaopay's closing price surged by 5,800, ending at 53,800. Conversely, HANWHA AEROSPACE witnessed a drop, with its stock decreasing by 21,000 to 1,309,000.

Other significant movements included KEPCO, which saw its shares rise by 9,100 to close at 65,400. SAMSUNG EPIS HOLDING's stock increased by 2,000, reaching 632,000. S-1 also reported an increase, with its shares up by 3,100, closing at 79,300. Doosan Robotics experienced a substantial rise, up by 10,400 to 118,100.

The trading session also saw Taihan Cable and Solution's shares increase by 1,950 to 27,950, while Hanchem's stock rose by 15,500, ending at 261,000. LOTTE SHOPPING and Hanon Systems reported modest increases, closing at 75,500 and 3,230, respectively. SK's shares rose by 1,000 to 295,000, while COWAY closed at 77,200, up by 800.

Other notable movements included IBK, which saw its shares increase by 450 to 20,750. Kangwonland's stock rose by 270, closing at 17,940. KT and G experienced an increase of 1,200, ending at 146,000. LG Uplus's shares climbed by 370 to 15,430, and NAVER saw a rise of 6,000, closing at 244,000.

Doosan Enerbility's stock decreased by 100 to 95,300, while Kakao's shares increased by 2,400 to 59,000. PARADISE reported an increase of 540, closing at 17,420, and LG Display's shares rose by 10 to 12,470. In contrast, NCsoft's stock fell by 1,500 to 234,000, and L and F experienced a decrease of 400, closing at 114,600.

LG CNS and LGELECTRONICS both saw declines, with their stocks falling by 1,900 each, closing at 69,800 and 105,000, respectively. TKG Huchems experienced a slight decrease, down by 60 to 18,360. JB Financial Group's stock increased by 350, ending at 23,600, while KDHC saw a rise of 5,700, closing at 110,700.

HD-Hyundai Marine Engine's shares fell by 1,100 to 94,000, while HYUNDAIDEPTST experienced a modest increase of 300, closing at 93,400. KIH reported a slight increase, up by 200 to 183,000. LIG Nex1's stock fell by 4,000 to 550,000, while Celltrion's shares increased by 500, closing at 207,000. GS saw a rise of 900, ending the session at 60,800.
