Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index exhibited a mixed performance with notable gains and declines among major stocks. SK and Samsung SDS saw significant increases, while Coway and Samsung CandT experienced notable declines. The index included a range of performances across various sectors.

According to Yonhap News Agency, SK's stock price increased by 6,000, reaching 545,000. Samsung SDS also reported a notable rise, with its stock price climbing by 3,500 to 219,500. In contrast, Coway faced a significant drop of 6,400, closing at 101,100. Samsung CandT's stock price decreased by 4,500, ending at 351,000.

Other stocks showed varied outcomes. Hyundai WIA's stock decreased by 600 to 54,300, while Mobis fell by 2,000, closing at 379,000. S-Oil saw a decrease of 2,700, finishing at 149,500. Samsung EPIS Holding experienced a decline of 5,500, closing at 327,000. Meanwhile, HMM's stock price increased slightly by 50, reaching 20,800, and SKTelecom saw an increase of 1,600, closing at 89,200.

Additional movements included KEPCO's decline by 250 to 30,750 and SamsungSecu's decrease by 700 to 85,300. Hyundai Elevator's stock fell by 200 to 73,300, and HankukCarbon dropped by 400 to 21,000. Korea Aerospace experienced a decrease of 600, closing at 129,800. Kumho Tire saw a slight decline by 10, ending at 7,010, whereas Hanon Systems experienced an increase of 155, closing at 3,445.

The market also saw variations in POSCO DX, which decreased by 300 to 20,900, and Lotte Shopping, which fell by 2,200 to 113,400. Samsung EandA increased by 700, reaching 51,800, while Samsung Card decreased by 600, closing at 43,750.
