Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) remained stable across several terms with minor fluctuations observed in specific tenures. The rates, posted by Yonhap Infomax at 11:00 a.m., reflect the current interbank lending climate.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the one-week and one-month KORIBOR remained unchanged at 2.50% and 2.62%, respectively. The two-month rate also held steady at 2.71%, indicating consistent short-term lending conditions. However, the three-month rate saw a slight increase from the previous session, moving from 2.82% to 2.83%.
The six-month term experienced a minor decline, dipping from 2.92% to 2.91%. Meanwhile, the twelve-month rate remained constant at 2.87%, suggesting stability in longer-term lending expectations. These rates provide a snapshot of the lending environment and are a crucial reference for financial institutions in South Korea.
