Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) showed stability in the shorter-term rates while displaying slight adjustments in the longer-term rates as of the latest figures released at 11:00 a.m.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-week KORIBOR rate remained unchanged at 2.50%, consistent with the previous session. Similarly, the 2-month and 3-month rates also held steady at 2.55% and 2.59%, respectively. Meanwhile, the 1-month rate saw a slight increase from 2.52% to 2.53%.
In longer terms, the 6-month KORIBOR rate experienced a minor rise from 2.64% to 2.66%, and the 12-month rate increased from 2.68% to 2.69%. These adjustments indicate a modest upward trend in longer-term lending rates in the interbank market.
