Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) saw minor fluctuations across various terms as released by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information arm of Yonhap News Agency, at 11:00 a.m. today. The rates, which are crucial for determining lending costs between banks, showed slight increases in some of the terms while others remained steady.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-week and 12-month KORIBOR rates remained unchanged from the previous session, holding steady at 2.75% and 3.65% respectively. The 1-month rate edged up to 2.84% from the previous 2.83%, while the 2-month rate increased to 2.92% from 2.91%. The 3-month KORIBOR rate also saw a slight rise, reaching 3.02% from the previous 3.01%. The 6-month rate moved up to 3.28%, compared to the prior session's rate of 3.27%. These subtle shifts in the rates reflect the ongoing adjustments in the financial markets.
