Korea Interbank Offered Rates Show Slight Change in 12-Month Term

Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) have been published, reflecting a small variation in the 12-month term rate while other durations remain stable. The rates, released by Yonhap Infomax at 11:00 a.m., indicate that most of the offered rates have held steady compared to the previous session.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-week and 1-month rates remained unchanged at 2.50% and 2.60%, respectively. Similarly, the 2-month and 3-month rates also showed no change, standing firm at 2.68% and 2.78%. The 6-month rate followed suit, maintaining its position at 2.83%.

The only noticeable shift occurred in the 12-month term rate, which saw a slight decrease from 2.98% to 2.95%. This minor change highlights the stability of short-term rates while indicating a subtle adjustment in the longer-term rate.
