Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) experienced varied changes across different terms as of the latest update. The financial data, released by Yonhap Infomax, the information arm of Yonhap News Agency, reflects the rates as posted at 11:00 a.m.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-week KORIBOR saw an increase, rising to 2.75% from the previous session's 2.51%. Similarly, the 1-month rate climbed to 2.79%, up from 2.69%. Meanwhile, the 2-month term slightly increased to 2.89% compared to 2.86% in the previous session. However, the 3-month rate experienced a minor decrease, dipping to 3.01% from 3.02%.
The 6-month KORIBOR remained unchanged at 3.27%, showing stability over the sessions. On the other hand, the 12-month rate saw a slight decrease, moving down to 3.73% from the previous session's figure of 3.76%. These mixed changes in rates highlight the varying trends observed across different loan terms in the country's interbank market.
