Daejeon: An annual conference focusing on economic and technological exchanges among South Korea, China, and Japan commenced this week. This year's discussions are centered on trilateral cooperation in biohealth, science, and technology, as announced by the industry ministry on Wednesday.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 23rd Yellow Sea Rim Economic and Technological Exchange Conference is set to continue for three days, concluding on Thursday in Daejeon. The event has attracted around 300 officials representing governments, companies, and economic associations from the three nations, as reported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Resources.

Participants are expected to engage in discussions on trilateral cooperation in biohealth, science, and technology, as well as explore broader business collaborations aimed at fostering economic growth in the region. Alongside the main event, a business conference is planned, providing a platform for companies to examine business and investment opportunities in each other's markets.
