Seoul: KH Construction Co. announced plans to raise 25.5 billion won (US$18.8 million) through a stock offering. The company aims to use the proceeds primarily for financing stock acquisition.
According to Yonhap News Agency, a regulatory filing revealed that KH Construction will issue approximately 5 million common shares at a price of 5,008 won per share. The shares will be sold to investors designated by the firm.
