Lee Hong-lak, head of LG AI Research, highlighted the critical nature of AI transformation for corporate competitiveness. Additionally, BOK job market researcher Oh Sam-il pointed out that wages for AI experts in South Korea are rising but still lag behind those in advanced countries, contributing to the migration of AI talent abroad.
