Hyundai Motor Donates 30 Staria Minivans for G20 Summit in South Africa

Johannesburg: Hyundai Motor Co. announced plans to provide 30 units of the Staria minivan for the upcoming Group of 20 (G20) summit, which is set to commence in South Africa later this week. The South Korean automaker will supply these multi-purpose vehicles for the two-day summit starting Saturday in Johannesburg, ensuring transportation for delegations from the participating nations.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Hyundai Motor aims to showcase the competitiveness of its models through the first G20 summit hosted in Africa. The Staria minivan boasts a "highly reconfigurable cabin adaptable to diverse needs" along with "advanced safety and convenience features," as highlighted by the company.

Kim Il-bum, head of Hyundai Motor's global policy office, expressed the significance of supporting the first G20 summit in Africa with their vehicles. He emphasized the company's commitment to contributing to the success of the event.
