Hyundai Glovis Co. on Thursday reported its first-quarter net income of 306.2 billion won (US$222.3 million), up 7.9 percent from a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that operating profit for the January-March period fell 5.4 percent on-year to 384.8 billion won. Revenue increased 4.5 percent to 6.58 trillion won. The earnings beat market expectations.
