Seoul: Jose Munoz, chief executive officer of Hyundai Motor Co., has called for a spirit of innovation akin to the monumental Apollo 11 mission, as he commemorated the 56th anniversary of the U.S. lunar landing in a social media post.

Munoz underscored the ambitious vision of providing safe, sustainable, affordable, and convenient transportation for all, noting that Apollo 11 serves as proof of humanity's ability to accomplish the extraordinary through collective effort. He reiterated that Hyundai's "Progress for Humanity" slogan is fueled by the same pioneering spirit that made the moon landing possible.
