New york: The soundtrack song "Golden" from Netflix's animated film "KPop Demon Hunters" has dropped to the fifth position on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, as holiday classics have taken over most of the chart's top spots in anticipation of Christmas.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Billboard's latest chart, released Tuesday (U.S. time), shows "Golden" slipping three spots from last week's No. 2 in its 24th consecutive week on the chart. The surge in streaming and radio play of Christmas carols has significantly impacted the rankings. Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" has returned to No. 1, securing its 19th week at the summit and tying the all-time record for the longest reign in Hot 100 history.

Other holiday favorites have also climbed the ranks, with Wham!'s "Last Christmas" and Brenda Lee's "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" taking the Nos. 2 and 3 positions, respectively. Overall, seven of the Top 10 tracks on the chart are Christmas songs, reflecting the seasonal shift in music preferences.

Meanwhile, Hybe's U.S.-based girl group Katseye has continued their chart presence, with their song "Gabriela" holding firm at No. 55, marking a 20-week streak on the Hot 100.
