Former South Korean prime minister Han Duck Soo is to take over the post again under future conservative President Yoon Suk Yeol. The decision was announced on Sunday by Yoon, who is to be sworn in on May 10. It was the first major nomination for the incoming government. In South Korea’s presidential system, almost all major decisions go through the head of state. The president also appoints the prime minister.
