Seoul: Dongwon Systems Corp. on Wednesday reported its third-quarter net income of 15.3 billion won (US$10.6 million), down 14.1 percent from a year earlier. The company, known for its operations in packaging and materials, announced these figures in a recent regulatory filing.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Dongwon Systems also reported an operating profit of 20.2 billion won for the quarter, a decrease from the previous year's figure of 28.2 billion won. Despite the decline in net and operating profits, the company's revenue experienced a slight increase of 2.3 percent, reaching 356.4 billion won for the period.
