Over 200 delegates from the Ministry of Health, the Vietnam Electricity (EVN) and the Ethnic Art Troupe of Hoa Binh province visited soldiers and people in Truong Sa island district and DK 1 platform in the south-central province of Khanh Hoa from April 29 to May 5. During their trip, they attended a flag salute ceremony and parade of naval officers and soldiers and people on Song Tu (Southwest Cay) on April 30 on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the national reunification (April 30, 1975-2024). The delegation offered incenses at spiritual cultural works on the islands and commemorated the martyrs who sacrificed their lives to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the nation and held cultural and artistic exchange activities.
