BOK Governor to Attend IMF, World Bank, and G-20 Meetings in Washington

SEOUL - The Bank of Korea announced that its chief, Rhee Chang-yong, will travel to Washington, D.C. this Tuesday. He will participate in the annual International Monetary Fund and World Bank meetings, as well as conferences with finance ministers and central bank governors of the Group of 20. The discussions will focus on the current global economic conditions, sustainable finance, and global capital movements among other issues.

According to Yonhap News Agency, these meetings are crucial for addressing key global financial challenges. Rhee Chang-yong is scheduled to return the following Tuesday.
