Seoul: Asiana Airlines Inc., South Korea's second-largest carrier, announced plans to temporarily reduce flights on its Los Angeles route during the first half of 2026 as part of a route reorganization plan. The airline will implement a reduction in flight frequency to address operational needs.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Asiana will operate one flight per day on the Incheon-Los Angeles route from January 15 through May 31, decreasing from the current two daily flights. This decision is part of the company's broader route readjustment program, which is based on demand.

The available service during this period will be Flight OZ204, departing Incheon at 9 p.m. and leaving Los Angeles at 11:30 p.m., as stated by the company. The temporary reduction reflects Asiana's ongoing strategy to optimize its flight schedules in response to market conditions.
